These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between the winph platform and its users. By visiting the winph website, creating an account, or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.

winph's services are available only to individuals aged 21 (twenty-one) years or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. For 21+ only.

• Each individual may create only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, those accounts may be closed.
• All information provided during account registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• A national identity card or equivalent document may be requested for identity verification.
• No individual may create or use an account under a third party's identity.

winph offers new players a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Please read the following conditions carefully before claiming a bonus.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳32,000 and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳47,000.
• Wagering Requirement: 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus funds only, not on deposit + bonus).
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = after wagering ৳10,000, winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• A bonus can only be claimed once per account.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts may result in all accounts being cancelled.
• winph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

winph operates a four-tier VIP program where regular players receive weekly cashback benefits. By playing more, you can advance to higher tiers.

• Bronze tier: up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver tier: up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold tier: up to 1.1% cashback per week.
• Platinum tier: up to 1.5% cashback per week.
• Cashback will be added directly to your account and associated bonus terms may apply.
• VIP benefits and terms may be changed by winph, and advance notice will be provided.

winph is committed to ensuring a clean and fair gaming environment. Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited.

• Using fraudulent techniques, software bots, auto-clickers, or any other unnatural methods.
• Abusing the bonus system, such as attempting to artificially fulfil wagering requirements.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other users.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's systems or security measures.
• Creating an account using false or misleading information.

Engaging in any of the above prohibited activities may result in the immediate permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of your balance.

winph reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any reason, particularly in cases of a breach of these terms.

• Where reasonable, advance notice will be given before an account is closed.
• If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may not be returned.
• Users may also request account closure at any time through support.
• If a closed account holds a valid balance, it will be returned after verification is completed.

• Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If any part of these terms is deemed invalid, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
• This Agreement supersedes all previous agreements relating to the use of the platform.
• winph's inaction shall not be considered a waiver of any right.
